3. Location Information
Location access is mandatory for using the call-routing function.

- Prevent requests from being routed to the wrong office
The call button will not function unless location permission is granted and your location is successfully verified.

Information voluntarily communicated to office staff during a telephone conversation may be used by the office to understand, manage and resolve the citizen’s complaint or request.
6. Consent
By entering your mobile number, allowing location access and pressing the call button, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for constituency verification, call routing, complaint handling and follow-up.
You may withdraw your consent or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect processing that was lawfully completed before the withdrawal request.
Location permission may also be withdrawn through your browser or device settings. However, the call-routing service will not work without location access.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent or trade citizen information.
Information may be accessed only by:
- Authorised MLA Office personnel
- Authorised constituency block coordinators
- Technical service providers engaged to host, maintain or secure the system

Block coordinators are restricted to viewing records assigned to their respective blocks. Master administrators may access information across all blocks for administrative oversight.
